The "vibrating dryer" is a unique dryer that fluidizes powder and granular materials solely through vibration and dries them using indirect heating. The VU-15 model has a wide range of applications, allowing for simultaneous drying and crushing through the addition of media such as milling balls, as well as drying and evaporation using slurry feed, surpassing the conventional concepts of dryers. Its small capacity enables the processing of small amounts of material, and it can easily fluidize powder and granular materials with just vibration. With indirect heating through a jacket, the dryer body is sealed, making vacuum drying and inert gas sealing easy. The interior of the dryer body is extremely simple, lacking stirring blades or fluidized bed perforated plates, which eliminates contamination and facilitates easy cleaning.
